Japan prown to earthquake and has had bad with nuclear electricity power in earthquake but high windy hills good for wind power, wind power has natural insurance against rough incidents already, towers can store hydrogen, hydrogen safer than water storage against earthquake, hydrogen needs high tech' Japanese industry to be organised, hydrogen can power cars, electricity can power electric bikes.
Such a happy story, even in this life!
UK has the same, except the high tech' industry for hydrogen perhaps?
Some say UK is safe enough from earthquake increasage due to loss of Arctic's ice weight on the Earth's crust.
So the high hills in UK could be used for water storage of the wind power on site.
